Poor eating habits may be the cause of acne and drinking water may wash it out. Stress may also cause acne, try getting good sleep. Youre going through major hormonal changes and it’s placing you in a stressful situation. I recommend 8-10 hours of sleep. Sleeping too much is also bad.
